I deal with photography and film as medium, focusing on documentary projects and conceptional media installations. My projects revolve around the entanglement of society and its artefacts from architecture as well as science & technology to social structures and remembrance.
My work draws attention to the liminal and the overlooked narratives of our existence: From ubiquitous non-places to the appeal of the 'Yugosphere' wedged between 'Orient' and "Occident'.
I work in the field of Science Communication as social media content creator, researcher and organizer. I freelance as photographer and filmmaker and you may hire me.
My background is in Science & Technology Studies and Media Art, having studied in Vienna, Karlsruhe and beyond, I hold a B.A. in Sociology and a Diploma in Media Art. I have several years working experience being employed at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and contracting for various clients.
